We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@orisingofficial.de with the following details:
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return address (pickup may be arranged in some cases).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect, damage, or error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items not in original condition or packaging
If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
